A Month of Thanks - Day 10 - My Parents

I grew up with two people who told me I could be anything and then supported the direction I wanted to go. I always felt loved, and continue to feel loved every day. My childhood was happy and now I get to have adult relationships with two pretty great people.

We love going up to visit them - the kids always have a great time. I’m happy that they get to have a relationship with their grandparents that is fun and silly. They’re always willing to lend a hand or lend an ear. They genuinely care about all the small details of our lives.
