Yoga in November - Center

During the month of November, I’ll be doing the series “Center”, found over at Yoga with Adriene. I did this live when it launched back in January, 2023. I can’t wait for it to be my theme for November.

I’d love for you to join me! Her 30 days of yoga series (there are 10 in all!) are all wonderful and a great way to dip your toe into a regular home yoga practice. Nothing fancy required - just yourself!
