A Month of Thanks - Day 25 - My New Commute
Our previous house was closer to work. When you calculated distance. When you calculate time, although now I’m twice as far away, my commute only increased by about 6 minutes. This is because I used to commute through downtown Lowell and on Route 3 with insane morning traffic.
Now I have a beautiful drive. I go over a covered bridge. Seriously… take a look below. It’s amazing how this more relaxed drive sets me up to be a better teacher when I get to work and a better parent when I get home.
November is one of my favorite times of year. It’s getting cozy and we aren’t yet in the thick of the Christmas season quite yet. I’m thinking about the ways I’m thankful and would love for you to join me. Comment below or use the hashtag #amonthofthanks
