A Month of Thanks - Day 4 - Our Home

If you really want to appreciate what you have, live in a hotel for 4 months.

Move-in day. It felt really great to be finally going up the driveway and knowing we were going to stay there! No grass or landscaping at that point and the driveway was still gravel.

Every day, when I come up the driveway, I’m happy and thankful. Even a year later. Relocating was such a good decision for us! It took a lot of patience and organization, but it was worth the wait.

It’s amazing how much we’ve settled in. Without us really thinking about it, we made our house into a home.
