2020 Resolutions - My 40th Year!

I’m not a huge resolutions person. My resolutions tend to come a few times per year. January resolutions and goal setting for me usually takes the form of some broad thing I’m trying to work on personally. I don’t usually pick more than one thing, or if I do, they are usually connected to each other somehow.

Last year I decided to prioritize my mental health. I made huge gains with this and will continue to do the things I’ve been implementing.

Adding to this, I’d like to start a yoga practice. This is something I’ve tried to do a few times and it always tapers off. I’m not sure I can make this a daily thing, but a few times per week I think it would be beneficial both as a way to slow down and as a way to increase my flexibility. I’ve noticed some tightness in one of my hips that is causing me to have decreased flexibility so I’m hoping this will help me out.

Oh, and I want to make sure I continue to keep up with this blog because I find it really fun and therapeutic!!
